Collaborating with all stakeholders to provide an equitable, accessible, data driven, and developmentally appropriate comprehensive school counseling program through ASCA’s standards; in which all students feel safe, supported, and connected to our school community, through a culturally appropriate lens that contributes to successful and productive members of society; aligning with PWCS Launching Thriving Futures.  

Vision: 

Victory Elementary School students will be given the tools to become successful lifelong learners and reach their fullest potential. All students will participate in a data-driven, developmentally appropriate, comprehensive counseling program through individual, group, and classroom lessons. Students at Victory will thrive academically, socially, and emotionally; by feeling supported and being valuable citizens of our community.
