Chronic Absenteeism:

Missing more than ten percent of the school year for any reason, has been associated with lower reading and math achievement in elementary grades, and class failure and drop out at the secondary level.

If your child surpasses 10 absences in one academic school year, the PWCS attendance officer will collaborate with Victory staff, and your family, to develop an attendance plan that will ensure your child's academic success.
